Scallop Potato Recipe Ingredients:

* 8 medium potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
* 16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
* bacon bits to taste
* salt and pepper
* 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
* 1/2 cup milk

SCALLOP POTATO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup milk.
Layer in the slow cooker/Crock Pot: Potato slices (about 1/8" thick), cheddar cheese, bacon bits, salt & pepper, soup mixture.Top the entire crock with soup mixture.Continue to layer those ingredients until the crock was full, then cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 11 hours. * 3/4 cup heavy cream
* 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Scallop Potato Recipe Instructions
Place a layer of sliced potatoes in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, follow with a layer of ramps
and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Repeat layers, ending with potatoes. Combine chicken broth and heavy cream; pour over potatoes and ramps. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, then top with grated cheese. Return to the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. the scalloped potato recipe is ready to serve .... great taste and enjoy !

SCALLOP POTATO RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
  • 4-5 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoned or plain salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • light sprinkling of granulated garlic (optional)
  • 4-6 slices smoked bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup canned crispy onion bits (optional)
SCALLOP POTATO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave bacon until 1/2 cooked; set aside on paper towels to absorb grease; pat dry. Cut into bite sized pieces when cool. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into 1/2 inch slices (the 6mm or 8mm thick blade of a food processor may be used).

Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil; add 1 teaspoon salt to the boiling water, then add the sliced potatoes, pepper and onion. Cook for 1 minute in boiling water; drain in colander.In saucepan, melt butter. Using a whisk, stir in flour and milk, mixing until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add cheese and continue to stir until cheese melts. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Mix in bacon.Transfer mixture to a buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top very lightly with granulated garlic (optional).Bake in a preheated 350°F oven, uncovered, for 40 minutes. Sprinkle top with crispy canned onions, if desired, and bake
for another 4-5 minutes. Then this scalloped potatoes and bacon is ready to serve your appetite...great tasting !

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz.) drained mushroom pieces, opt.
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
SCALLOP POTATO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Boil potatoes and cool. This can be done as far ahead as 24 hours. When ready to make scalloped potatoes grated potatoes. Layer bottom of pam scraped casserole dish with potatoes. Mix other ingredients together and pour part of mixture over grated potatoes. Put more potatoes over top of this and layer with more. Liquid mixture until all is used. Top with cheese. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees....enjoy the scalloped potato !
