Scallop Potato Recipe INGREDIENTS
- 6-7 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3-4 heaping tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. or less sugar
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 c. milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Scallop Potato Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Cook potatoes on top of stove, for about 5 minutes, in salt water; drain. Put in casserole dish. Mix flour, sugar, milk and sour cream in blender until smooth. Pour over potatoes. Cut butter up and put over top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chives. Bake at 350 degrees until
brown and bubbly on top. The scallop potato recipe is ready to serve...nice taste ! Enjoy the meal !
