- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
- 1 jar sliced pimento, drained
- 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
In medium skillet, brown meat with salt over medium heat; drain. Stir in potatoes; sprinkle with packet of seasoned sauce mix. Add amounts of water and milk called for on package. Stir in pimento and green pepper.Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
