Try this scallop potato recipe...with ham... amazingly nice !
Ingredients:
  • 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 can (15 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
  • 1 can (11 ounce size) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions:

In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine potatoes, ham, corn, green pepper and onion; mix
well. In a small bowl, combine soup, milk and flour; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and stir gently to mix.Cover and cook on low setting for about 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Ingredients:

* 5 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 1/4 cup flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard
* 2 cups milk
* 1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained
* 1 cup chopped onion

Preparation:
Melt butter in a saucepan; blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Arrange potatoes, tuna, and chopped onion in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; add sauce. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Ingredients:

* 4 cups sliced raw potatoes
* 1 cup sliced celery
* 3 cups cooked diced chicken
* 2 1/2 cups chicken gravy
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
* buttered soft bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook potato and celery in small amount of salted water until tender. Drain potatoes and celery; mix with chicken and gravy then season with salt and pepper and nutmeg. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole; top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. The scalloped potato and chicken are ready...great taste...enjoy !

Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

* 4 cups very thinly sliced potatoes
* 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
* salt and pepper
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 cups hot milk

INSTRUCTIONS
Place a layer of potato slices and onion slices in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart lightly buttered
casserole. Sprinkle with some of the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Dot with small
pieces of butter. Repeat, ending with a layer of potato. Dot with butter. Add enough hot milk to
almost cover potatoes. Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer, until potatoes are tender and golden brown.Parmesan scalloped potato recipe serves 4...and its ready to serve you...hmmm what a great taste !
