  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Scallop Potato Recipe INSTRUCTIONS

  • 20-24 oz. cubed hash browns (thawed)
  • Add: 1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 2 c. grated cheese
TOPPING:
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. corn flakes

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare potatoes as directed on package for oven method except use 2 quart round casserole. Stir in broccoli and mushrooms with the milk. Bake, uncovered until potatoes and broccoli are tender, about 1 hour. The scallop potato recipe is ready to serve...nice !

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. scalloped potato mix
  • Milk
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
Scallop Potato Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Crumble bacon; set aside. In the same skillet cook the onion in reserved drippings until tender. Add spinach; heat through. In a 2 quart baking dish combine potatoes and dry sauce mix from package. Stir in the boiling water and milk as directed on the package, omitting the butter. Stir in bacon, and spinach-onion. Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven 35 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 2 to 3 minutes more or until melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving...and the scallop potato recipe is ready to serve...great !

BERLIN SCALLOPED POTATO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & well drained
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. scalloped potato mix
  • Milk
  • 2 tsp. caraway seed
  • 1 c. shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Crumble bacon, set aside. In same skillet cook the onion in reserved drippings until tender and spinach. Heat through.

In a 10 x 6 inch baking dish combine potatoes and dry sauce mix from package. Stir in the boiling water and milk as directed, omitting the butter. Stir in bacon/spinach mixture and caraway. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cook 2-3 minutes more.
Let stand 5 minutes and the scallop potato recipe is ready to serve....a nice one !

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
  • 1 jar sliced pimento, drained
  • 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
In medium skillet, brown meat with salt over medium heat; drain. Stir in potatoes; sprinkle with packet of seasoned sauce mix. Add amounts of water and milk called for on package. Stir in pimento and green pepper.Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.The scallop potato recipe is ready to serve 4 to 6 persons...hmm... nice ! Enjoy the meal !
